Katherine Westlake-Waugh brings over three decades of expertise in administration and finance to Tanbridge Academy, where she serves as the Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper. Her extensive career spans diverse industries, including alarm systems, restaurants, hotels, transportation, and various technology and agricultural startups. This experience has equipped her with a broad understanding of operational dynamics and financial management across multiple sectors.

In addition to her role at Tanbridge Academy, Katherine and her husband co-own an IT consulting company and a company specializing in emergency food supplies, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to business innovation. Her academic background includes formal Fine Art and Bookkeeping education, blending creativity with meticulous financial acumen.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Katherine has also enjoyed a successful culinary career. In her free time, she likes to quilt, paint, write and spend time outdoors with her family and golden retrievers, finding inspiration and relaxation in nature.
