Kate Bamford

Kate, her husband Brent, and their son Ben live in the Priddis area, where they manage a thriving farm and ranch. While Brent and Ben focus on raising cattle and managing the farming operations, Kate oversees their AQHA show horses and breeding stallion in Texas. Their horses have achieved remarkable success, holding World Titles in both Western Pleasure and Western Riding. Kate has represented Alberta as an American Quarter Horse Director in the US for over ten years.

Her connection to Tanbridge Academy began when her son Ben attended the school. Kate and Brent were impressed by the small class sizes and dedicated teachers, which helped Ben excel at Tanbridge and prepared him well for the challenges of high school. After Ben graduated from grade nine, Kate was invited to join the Tanbridge board and has been an active member ever since.

Proud to be on the board, Kate is thrilled with the growth of the school and the many young lives that have been positively impacted by Tanbridge’s teaching, athletic programs, and dedicated staff.
