Jess Schultz

Jess Schultz recently completed her Bachelor of Education at Mount Royal University, specializing in elementary education with minors in general science and English. Her studies gave her a strong base in educational theory, pedagogy, and classroom management. Jess is always eager to learn more about teaching strategies, curriculum design, and assessment methods. During her practicum, she gained valuable experience in lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and creating a welcoming classroom atmosphere.

Jess is excited to join Tanbridge Academy as a new teacher. She strives to be the educator she once needed—a teacher who inspires a love for learning and ensures every student feels seen and appreciated. Jess believes that building strong relationships is key to successful teaching and that everyone can succeed with the right guidance. Outside of teaching, she enjoys reading, family time, and running a calligraphy business, where she creates unique handmade goods.
