Gigi Morse
Education Assistant
Gigi’s passion for teaching French stems from many years of study in various French-speaking regions, including Cannes, France; Brussels, Belgium; and Montreal, where she grew up in a bilingual home.
In Cannes, Gigi studied at Le Collège International de Cannes, and in Brussels, she attended L'Alliance Française, where she earned a Diploma in French Studies.
After several years, Gigi met her husband on a ski trip to Whistler. Together, they have three boys, all of whom grew up attending both French and French immersion programs in Calgary and British Columbia.
During this time, Gigi volunteered extensively with French students in those programs, as her love for the French language has never faded. Over the past 10 years, she has been tutoring students ranging from 6 years old to adulthood, finding immense joy in helping others learn.
When she isn’t with her family, Gigi enjoys horseback riding and caring for her senior horse, as well as traveling with her husband in their fun sports car.
Gigi is excited to bring her passion and enthusiasm for the French language to the students at Tanbridge Academy and looks forward to inspiring them to discover the excitement of learning a second language.
